How do I add pictures to my page?  

Choose the profile link at the top of the page, then upload photos, choose edit photo, click the browse button, find the file and click upload.  You can also name and/or describe the picture.

How do I edit my profile? 

Choose the profile link at the top of the page. Additional profile options can be edited by clicking on upload photos, settings and gadgets.

How do I block users? 

If you receive an email from someone, and want to block them from sending more, open the email and choose block user.  You can also block a user by going to their profile and clicking the block profile link at the top of their profile.  To unblock a user open a mail message from them or go to their profile and click the unblock user button.

How do I change my email address? 

Choose the profile link at the top of the page, then settings, delete your current email address in the email box, type in the new address and click the save changes button below.

How do I change my password? 

Choose the profile link at the top of the page, then settings, type your current password in the current password box, type your new password in the new password box, type your new password in the confirm new password box, then click the save changes button below.

How do I change my user name?

You cannot change your user name once your have registered.

How do I stop receiving email notifications?

Choose the profile link at the top of the screen, then settings, then under additional setting uncheck the“I’d like to receive email notifications box”, then click save changes.

How do I report a scammer?

If you receive an email from someone you suspect is a scammer, choose the report abuse box to the left of the email and send us a detailed message why you are reporting this member.

How do I clear my screen name from HelloBiscuit.com after I logout?  To remove your screen name you need to delete your cookies.  Take into consideration this will remove all of your login and password history not just your HelloBiscuit.com screen name.  To clear your screen name in Internet Explorer, select tools at the top of your browser, then internet options and then delete browsing history.  To clear your screen name using Firefox, select tools, options, show cookies, then remove all cookies.
